The Quality Assurance System applies to all activities of the Company, and has been developed in accordance with International standards. The Quality Assurance System is fully documented and structured in 3 levels:

Level 1 : Quality Manual

This document details the corporate quality policy and structure of the Company and references appropriate Operating Procedures.

Level 2 : Operating Procedures

These documents describe the actual process, and controls applied, to all activities concerned with the attainment of a quality assured contracting service.

A list of Operating Procedures is given in the Index Section of this Quality Assurance Manual.

Level 3 : Quality Planning

As the Company operates a standard type and range of services, customer satisfaction and quality are achieved by operation in accordance with the documented quality system. Specific customer requirements are identified and documented during the contract review process, allowing these requirements to be communicated and achieved, ensuring satisfaction of all customers declared needs.

Project Quality system

When a project is commenced, a Project Specific Quality Plan forming a section of the overall Project Management Plan, will be produced and will detail:

  • How satisfactory acceptance of work will be assessed during the processes

  • How satisfactory acceptance of the completed work will be assessed;

  • How risk will be identified and managed;

  • What procedures are required to ensure continuing, stable, development capability; and

  • What procedures will be applied to ensure quality.

We have a pool of quality assurance experts to ensure that a quality management system is implemented in each of our projects.

In our Project Special Quality Plans we show when and how review or assessment is carried out at each stage of the task.

 For minor works, the Project Specific Quality Plan will be a simple checklist to ensure no requirements are inadvertently overlooked in the execution of the tasks recommend.
